Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses CloudJaeger. It supplements our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed.

• Only connect cloud accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.
• Keep your credentials secure and your contact information accurate.
• Comply with all applicable laws and your cloud provider’s terms.
• Use recommendations as advisory input and validate changes before applying them.

• Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Service or other tenants.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, or circumvent rate limits, the beta gate, or tier limits.
• Disrupt the Service (e.g. denial-of-service, injecting malware, overloading ingest endpoints).
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product by extracting our catalog or models.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to connect an account.

Our ingest and API endpoints are rate-limited and authenticated with per-organization tokens. Do not share tokens publicly, exceed published limits, or attempt to access another organization’s data. We may throttle or revoke tokens that show abusive patterns.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, to protect the Service and other customers. Where appropriate we will work with you to resolve issues before suspending access. Report abuse to abuse@cloudjaeger.com.
