1.Active subprocessors
CloudJaeger engages the subprocessors below to provide the Service today. We require each to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

2.Configured but not active
Our code can use the services below, but production has not switched them on, so none of them receives any data today. Each would move to the list above — with notice, per the DPA — in the release that turns it on.

3.LLM training
Our LLM subprocessor (Anthropic) — and OpenAI, if it is ever switched on — is used under API terms that do not permit training their models on data submitted through their APIs. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we send and what we never send.
4.Changes to this list
As the product evolves we may add or replace subprocessors (for example, an analytics provider). We will update this page and, for material changes affecting personal data, provide notice per the DPA. To be notified of changes, email hello@cloudjaeger.com.
