CloudJaeger is cloud cost management software. It explains what changed in your cloud bill: which service moved and by how much, from which day, who owns it, and which fixes are worth your engineers’ time.
What CloudJaeger does
It is built for engineering-led teams without a dedicated FinOps hire. It connects through a read-only role whose exact permissions are published before you connect, reads the bill, and keeps every number tied to its source and how fresh it is. Untagged spend stays visible as its own line, and a saving it suggests stays labelled projected until your next bill confirms it.
AWS runs on real bills today; Azure and Google Cloud sync real cost and inventory, and stay in Preview until checked against a real bill.
The name
CloudJaeger is written as one word. You may also see it written Cloud Jaeger — it is the same product. It is not related to Jaeger, the open-source distributed tracing project, or to other products with Jaeger in their name.
Where it stands
CloudJaeger is in private beta. You can explore a live demo on a fictional estate without an account, or ask for access to connect your own.
